How it works?
We worked over 3 years and did hundred of tests across 20+ women to develop our beautiful range of period underwear capable of absorbing menstrual blood for 8 to 12 hours, from light to heavy flow. Wondering how it works?
MAGICAL SMART LAYERS
We created some period pants to completely replace pads and tampons.
- The outer layer is moisture-wicking to keep you feeling dry.
- The middle layers absorb and lock-in blood.
- Our leak-proof layers are breathable to reduce smells and the build up of bacteria.
EXPERIENCE THE EASE OF OUR PERIOD UNDIES
1. Quick Splash: After wearing up to 12 hours, rinse your undies under cold water as soon as possible. This helps to remove excess blood and prevent stains from setting.
2. Machine wash: Pop those undies in the machine with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh detergents, as they can affect the absorbency of the fabric. Select the gentle cycle on your washing machine. Think spa day for your period undies – no need for a spin class.
3. Air dry : Let them bask in the breeze on a clothesline as air drying is gentler and helps prolong the life of the fabric. If you choose to tumble dry, use low heat only, as it may damage the elastic and affect the integrity of the fabric.
4. Avoid bleach and ironing: Avoid using bleach on period underwear, as it can damage the fabric and reduce its effectiveness. Additionally, ironing is generally unnecessary and can harm the elastic components of the underwear.
5. Wear & Repeat: Voila! Your period undies are ready for the next round. Wear, wash, repeat – it's that simple!
HOW MANY PERIOD PANTS DO I NEED?
It will depend on how heavy your flow is and how long your period tends to last. We're all different. Some people have light periods and some of us experience much heavier flows! Some of us bleed for about 3-4 days and others bleed for 7-10 days. Our survey across 500 women show that they need 6-7 pairs to completely switch to period undies. Some of our testers like using a mix of tampons + period underwear during the very heavy flow days. But of course, you know your flow best!
